			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is my first post on blades.Â Â  At work we run ESX 3.0.1 on 2 IBM HS20 blades.Â  They have dual core proc. and 8 gigs of RAM.Â  The one trick to installing ESX on blade via remote control is to use the following command.</p>
<p>[command]</p>
<p>esx vga=788</p>
<p>[/command]<br />
Now if the the installation is still unusable you will have to go to the physical console and do the installation from there.Â  After the installtion is complete reboot the server.Â  It will bring up a message saying what the conjsole ip is.</p>
<p>Now I would recommend you setup a samba share now so you can boot off of iso&#8217;s. Â  Its much easier than having to constantly use the console and mount a local device.</p>
